Our Story

Rooted in Grayson,
Built on Craft

Sip & Chill started with a simple question: what would our neighborhood deserve if it had a bakery that cared as much about the process as the product? That question still guides everything we do.

We source locally whenever we can, bake in small batches so nothing sits on a shelf, and treat every customer like they're walking into a home kitchen — not a factory floor. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our croissants get three laminations and a patient rest. We'd rather sell out by noon than serve you something we wouldn't eat ourselves.
